There is barely any customer service in this store. And there are barely any shopping carts, no wonder why, take a look at the pictures. Also the isles here are not free of passage at all. They are either blocked or there is so much stuff impeding foot traffic

I know Home Depot has a lot of pet owners that shop there, but man I seem to notice this a lot shopping. Not blaming Home Depot but it’s just unfortunate that this made my shopping experience a little worse, it wasn’t the smell that bothered me with the dog feces, as it smelled actually pretty good. I unfortunately stepped in it, luckily I was wearing brown shoes (no need to clean off) but I’d rather not have gotten this on my shoes. Other than that product availability and associates were great.

Martha in Pro did an exceptional job today. She was patient, kind and provided excellent customer service with my somewhat complicated request. She took the time to figure things out to assist me. Cathy (I believe is her name) in “customer service” on the other hand needs coaching and training on how to speak and treat her customers. When I arrived to the line for service she was speaking to an elderly gentleman rudely and was raising her voice at him. He on the other hand, never raised his voice nor was he rude or disrespectful. She kept saying ‘I can’t help you with that.’ I didn’t once hear her offer a solution or provide options. When I was next, I told her what I was there for, she sent me to the Pro desk when she could have clearly helped me since the young lady ( Martha in Pro,) had to call her to guide her on how to assist me with my situation. Pro had the line back up with business customers since my purchase request took a while. This could have been avoided if Cathy (who didn’t have a line of customers waiting,) had taken the time to assist me instead of pawning me off to someone else. I’m giving Martha 5 Stars for making sure I was taken care of and was a satisfied customer when I left the store. ‘Cathy’ on the other hand would get this store 1 Star.

Shoutout to Erin and Jarrius for helping my husband and me in the paint section this evening! We came in with the tough task of finding the perfect sage green for our kitchen cabinets, and they made the whole process so much easier. They were patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind—especially with all my indecisiveness. It’s clear they both truly enjoy what they do and were genuinely happy to help. We really appreciate the great experience!

I am new to this area/store and have visited it a few times (since I moved to the Lake Worth area) in a short period of time and so far the ratings are very high. Very pleasant environment, staff is pleasant,always ready to help and something what is most important store I well equipped . Maybe the prices are sometimes high for us single parents on a fixed income but everything else is fantastic, I can easily give 10 stars. I am currently looking for a refrigerator but also a good price. I don't know if Home Depot has any sales on appliances or so-called "open box" situations but I would like to be surprised with a quality refrigerator and a great price. I don't know if HD has its own outlet stores but that would be great for those of us on a low income households. If any of the customers/commentators have an idea for me, where or how to found cheap new appliances please comment and thank you in advance. I also want to thank to Home Depot store and give it incentive to manager if the store and all supervisor’s for very good job. Thank you and God bless all!!
